Has my order shipped?:


Click the Profile Icon link at the top right-hand side of our site to view your account. Click on the order number to check the status. You may also reach out to our support team by creating a ticket on this portal for further information regarding your order.


How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?


Once the order is placed, there is no way for you to edit the order on your end. You would need to reach out to our sales representative to further assist with any changes. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You may contact customer service for more assistance.


How do I track my order?


Click the Profile Icon link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click the order you want to track. There will be a tracking number and fulfillment date available. We will also email you a tracking number to the email on file once the item(s) have been shipped.


My order never arrived.


Click the Profile Icon link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click on the order that you want to track. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Please note that if you ordered a special order item, your package may take longer to ship and to arrive. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


An item is missing from my shipment.


Click the Profile Icon link at the top right-hand side of our site and then click on the order you wish to track. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


When will my backorder arrive?


Unfortunately, we are unable to predict when they will have more stock of back-ordered items, but as soon as they do, we will be able to fulfill the order for you. You may be able to do a pre-order for the product you are looking to get. Any product can go on backorder at any time and we do not have any control over this.
