To make your shopping experience as effortless as possible, all previous orders and information have been migrated to our new platform. How do I create an account?


1. Click the person logo at the top right-hand side of our site. 

2. On this page, click the "Register" button under the login section.

3. Create an account by entering your email address and creating a password

4. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

Do you offer a wholesale account?

Yes, we do! To turn your regular account into a wholesale account, please visit our "wholesale" tab to fill out a short application to be approved. Submissions take us about 1-2 business days for approval.  

How do I edit my account information?

Click the profile link at the top right-hand side of our site. There you can change your account and personal information, your payment information, track your orders, and so on.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

Click the Profile Icon at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login password box, you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?", click it and follow the instructions given.

How do I return my product?

We usually do not accept returns back on purchases. Please click here to view our full return policy. You may submit a return request to see if we are able to make an exception. 

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can open a support ticket here.

When will my order ship?

Please view each individual item's page for information regarding its availability. Most items will ship within 1 business day depending on availability and current stock levels.
