Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the Profile Icon link at the top right-hand side of our site. During sign up, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop-down menu then we do not ship to your country.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process, you may choose to pay with a credit or debit card or with PayPal to place your order. On some orders, we may accept a wire transfer as well. Please note that we will not ship your order until we have received a payment.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and the prices. We will ship your order only after receiving your payment. Regular stock items will be shipped the same day if ordered before 3:30 pm EST on a business day or the next business day if the order is placed after 3:30 pm EST. Printed material is made to order and will take 1 to 2 business days to ship. For shipping lead time on special order items, please reach out to our customer service team.
