My package is missing items, how should I proceed?
We apologize if you have received a package that was missing items. Please create a support ticket here to have one of our representatives reach back out to you to get this resolved. Be sure to check for damage on your package which could include missing end caps, bent packaging, etc. Be sure to send in photos of the damaged packaging if this is the case.

I have received a damaged shipment, how should I proceed?
Items can get damaged during transit and we apologize if this is the case. If your film is just creased, there is a high chance that this film will still be usable and the creases will be removable when applying and using a heat source such as a temp controlled heat gun CLICK HERE to see the video.
