My film may be defective, what should I do?

If you have received a material that is possibly defective, please CLICK HERE to start a ticket. We will need additional information regarding your specific claim and photos of the issues you are seeing. We would then make a claim with the manufacturer for the material which may take around 30-45 days. They do require that the material is sent back to them for testing to verify the defect within the claim time frame or the claim would be closed and we are unable to re-open the claim.  

My claim has been denied, who will replace this film?

Unfortunately, Metro Restyling is not liable in the case of a denied claim from the manufacturer. Since the manufacturer has denied the claim, they will not issue a credit or issue any additional material to be shipped out. Manufactures will not cover any labor costs.
